Job summary

You will manage staffing, QA/QC, equipment maintenance and workflow, ensure compliance with policies, and drive improvements while mentoring staff.

The role requires 2-5 years supervisory experience, a BS in physical or life sciences, and ASCP or equivalent certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree - Physical/Life Science/related.
• 2-5 years experience.
• ASCP or equivalent certification.
• Lab Supervisor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages staff including hiring, training, scheduling and evaluation.
• Oversees QA/QC, equipment maintenance, workflow and service levels.
• Monitors test analyses and corrective actions to ensure accuracy.
