You will manage staffing, QA/QC, equipment maintenance and workflow, ensure compliance with policies, and drive improvements while mentoring staff.
The role requires 2-5 years supervisory experience, a BS in physical or life sciences, and ASCP or equivalent certification.

Role Purpose
Responsible for managing daily operations (QA/QC, equipment maintenance, workflow, service levels, operational oversight, workspace), staff (first level supervision, scheduling, coaching, staff development, CE, etc.) and performing analysis within the regulatory requirements.
