Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical/Life Science or related field.
• 2-5 years of laboratory experience.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hires, trains, assigns work and evaluates staff.
• Develops staffing, revenue and expense budgets.
• Supervises laboratory activities and maintains supplies per policies.
• Monitors test analyses and ensures corrective actions when needed.
