Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical/Life Science or related field.
• 2-5 years of laboratory leadership experience.
• MT/MLS - ASCP or equivalent certification.
• Ability to supervise and coach staff.

Responsibilities

• Hires, trains, assigns work and evaluates performance.
• Develops staffing and budget plans.
• Supervises lab activities and maintains supply par levels.
• Updates procedures and trains staff.
• Schedules staff to meet workflow and service levels.
• Monitors test analyses and ensures analytic performance.
• Ensures compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
