Endeavor Health invites applications for a Registered Nurse in the Labor and Delivery/OB unit in Chicago, IL. This full-time night shift position offers a $25,000 sign-on bonus and requires 18 months of L&D experience, an accredited nursing degree, and IL licensure.

You will deliver patient- and family-centered care, maintain current competencies, and participate in professional development while ensuring safety and high-quality outcomes throughout your shift.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Illinois Nursing licensure.
• American Heart Association CPR Certification.
• ACLS, PALS, NRP may be required within six months depending on unit requirements.
• Demonstrates mastery of nursing skills.
• Communicates effectively and can guide and supervise nursing personnel.

Responsibilities

• Uses the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for patients and families.
• Maintains competency reflective of current standards of practice.
• Interacts with and contributes to peers' and colleagues' professional development.
