White Oak Medical Center, part of Adventist HealthCare, seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for the Labor and Delivery Unit. The RN will educate patients and families, mentor staff, and develop care plans aligned with evidence-based practice.

Strong clinical skills, leadership and adherence to standards are essential. Requirements include an accredited nursing program, NCLEX, Maryland RN license and BLS; ACLS/PALS/NRP as required by specialty.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Passing score on NCLEX.
• Current Maryland State nursing license.
• Active BLS certification required.
• ACLS, PALS, NRP as required by specialty area.

Mansioni

• Educate patients and family through the continuum of care.
• Serve as role models to Level I nurses and support best practices.
• Develop a plan of care according to patient population.
• Identify changes in patient condition and take corrective action.
• Mentor students and team members in patient-centered care.
• Conduct rounds from patient and family perspective.
