Base pay is $22/hour with a $2/hour overnight premium; full-time and part-time roles available. Applicants should have at least 1 year supervising in a QSR or full-service restaurant, with strong communication skills and a team-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year supervising or leading team members in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or full-service restaurant.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail with a drive for efficiency and accuracy.
• Demonstrates professionalism and adheres to policies and procedures.
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong team player with collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant team members in all aspects of service, including opening, prep, and closing duties.
• Collaborate with chef leadership and other departments to ensure top-quality guest service.
• Receive and process all kitchen orders and deliveries per company protocol.
• Maintain communication for stock levels and assist with supplies and ordering.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices across back-of-house areas.
• Monitor kitchen costs and ensure adherence to budget guidelines.
• Ensure kitchen equipment is safely used and maintained.
• Conduct briefings pre- and post-service with front and back-of-house staff.
• Meet operating and quality standards and present professional leadership.
