Qualifications

• At least 1 year supervising or leading team members in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or full-service restaurant.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrates professionalism and adheres to policies and procedures.
• Must be able to exhibit effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant team in all aspects of service, including opening, prep, and closing duties.
• Work with chef leadership and other departments to ensure guests receive high-quality service.
• Receive and process all kitchen orders and deliveries per company protocol.
• Maintain communication with restaurant staff to ensure adequate stock and assist with supplies and ordering.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices across back-of-house areas and schedules.
• Monitor kitchen operating costs and adhere to budget guidelines.
• Ensure kitchen equipment is used safely and is in full working order.
• Perform briefings with front- and back-of-house staff pre- and post-service.
• Provide training, coaching, and development for restaurant employees.
