Wonder is hiring a Shift Supervisor to oversee kitchen operations and ensure top-quality food and service. You will lead restaurant team members through opening, prep, and closing duties while coordinating with the chef leadership team and other departments.

The role requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a QSR or full-service restaurant, the ability to motivate a team in a fast-paced environment, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant team through opening, prep and closing duties.
• Collaborate with chef leadership and departments to ensure top quality service.
• Process kitchen orders and deliveries per protocol.
• Maintain stock levels and assist with supplies and ordering.
• Enforce safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices across back-of-house areas.
• Monitor kitchen costs and adhere to budget guidelines.
• Ensure safe operation of kitchen equipment and proper usage.
• Conduct briefings with front and back-of-house staff.
• Uphold operating and quality standards at all times.
• Demonstrate professional and ethical leadership.
• Participate in training, coaching, and development for staff.
