Job summary

Wonder is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Largo to oversee kitchen operations and ensure top-quality food and guest service. The role includes leading a restaurant team, coordinating with chefs, managing orders and deliveries, and upholding safety and cleanliness standards.

The position is available as full-time and part-time, with a base pay of $21.00 per hour and a $2.00 overnight premium for hours between 12:00 AM and 5:00 AM. Open availability and 21+ work authorization are required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience supervising and/or leading team members in a QSR or full-service restaurant.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a strong drive for efficiency and accuracy.
• Demonstrates professionalism and adheres to policies and procedures.
• Must be able to exhibit effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong team player.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant team members in all aspects of service, including opening, prep, and closing duties.
• Collaborate with chef leadership and other departments to ensure guests receive high quality service.
• Receive and process all kitchen orders and deliveries according to protocol.
• Maintain communication with staff to ensure stock levels and assist with supplies and ordering.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices across back-of-house areas.
• Monitor kitchen operating costs and keep within budget guidelines.
• Ensure all kitchen equipment is safe and functional.
• Brief front and back-of-house staff pre- and post-service.
• Ensure operating and quality standards are met and uphold professional leadership.
• Participate in training, coaching, and development for restaurant employees.
