Job summary

Leggett & Platt Inc. is seeking an IT Systems Technician I to monitor and support networks and key systems from our Corporate IT team. This on-site role at the corporate office runs 11 pm–7 am, Sunday–Thursday, supporting users across the organization.

You will resolve issues across operating systems, hardware, and software, while maintaining customer service standards and documenting solutions for Tier 2 escalation. Experience with Microsoft products and ERP systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting IT systems and end users.
• Familiarity with networks and server-based applications.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English, both written and verbal.
• Completion or pursuit of IT degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor dashboards for alerts and KPIs.
• Manage batch jobs in Microsoft Dynamics AX.
• Create and maintain scheduled tasks and reports.
• Assist with incident resolution for hardware, software, and networks.
• Log, route, and track end-user tickets to ensure timely resolution.
• Provide end-user support via phone and email.
