Leggett & Platt Incorporated is seeking an IT Systems Technician I to monitor networks and key systems for reliability and user support. This on-site position in our corporate office runs 11 pm–7 am, Sunday-Thursday, focusing on incident resolution and proactive monitoring.

The role emphasizes customer service, documentation, and collaboration with a fast-paced IT team to ensure smooth operations across the organization.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor dashboards for alerts and KPIs.
• Start, stop, and monitor batch jobs in Dynamics AX.
• Create and maintain scheduled jobs.
• Prepare and distribute reports.
• Identify and document problems; research solutions.
• Resolve problems for PCs, services, networks, and apps.
• Support end-users via phone or email for hardware/software/network incidents.
• Log, route, and track end-user calls for timely resolution.
• Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 support.
• Follow guidelines for ticket routing.
