Job summary

Leggett & Platt Inc. is seeking an IT Systems Technician I to monitor networks and key systems, ensuring reliability for users across the organization. This on-site role runs Sunday-Thursday, 11 pm–7 am, and involves resolving hardware, software, and network incidents.

You will work with Microsoft Dynamics AX and ERP software, assist end-users, and contribute to dashboards and reports, while upholding strong customer service principles in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and IT support environments.
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems and basic networking.
• Knowledge of ERP software and Office 365.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor networks and key systems to ensure reliability and performance.
• Start, stop, and monitor batch jobs in ERP systems.
• Create and maintain scheduled jobs and reports.
• Assist end-users with hardware, software, and network incidents.
• Log, route, and track support tickets to ensure timely resolution.
• Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 as needed.
• Follow established guidelines for ticket handling.
