Job summary

Travelers is seeking an IT Operations professional in Omaha, NE to provide support for Host, Distributed, Network, Voice, and Printing environments. You will resolve incidents with guidance from senior staff and ensure high levels of service to IT Operations and business users.

The role may require 24/7 coverage, on-call duties, and potential shifts on weekends. A high school diploma is required, with strong emphasis on independent work and collaboration within a team.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in at least one technology (Distributed/Network/Host/Voice).
• Ability to provide quality customer service.
• Working knowledge of at least one product/tool in one discipline.
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 operation and be available for on-call support.
• Comfort with hardware/software installations and upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Provides support for at least one product/tool in Host, Distributed, Network, Voice and Printing environments.
• Resolves incidents and issues with direction from senior specialists and management.
• Delivers quality customer service to IT Operations and business customers.
• Assists senior team members with complex problems when escalated.
• Executes changes to Host/Distributed/Network/Output Processing including installs and upgrades.
