Job summary

The Travelers Indemnity Company in Omaha, NE is seeking a Facilities/IT Operations support professional to cover 3rd shift and weekends. You will support Host, Distributed, Network, Voice and Printing environments, ensuring high-quality customer service and timely delivery of IT services.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in a technology operation role, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced team environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provides support for Host, Distributed, Network, Voice and Printing environments.
• Resolves incidents and escalates when necessary by following established procedures.
• Provides quality customer service to IT Operations and the broader IT organization.
• Assists senior team members with complex problems as needed.
• Executes changes to product databases, hardware and software installations, upgrades and reconfigurations.
• Position may be in a 24/7 operation and require alternative work schedules.
• Position may require on-call support.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
