Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Installs, configures, tests, maintains, repairs, and upgrades computer hardware, peripherals, operating systems and software applications.
• Diagnoses and resolves hardware, software and computer operations issues and supports users.
• Develops and maintains operations software programs and related report distribution and archival processes.
• Provides technical guidance to staff and coordinates training on new or upgraded products.
• Performs site inspections, preventive maintenance, access management, and incident/change documentation.
