Job summary

The Travelers Indemnity Company is hiring for a weekend shift IT operations role in our Omaha, NE office. You will support Host, Distributed, Network, and Voice technologies and ensure timely, quality IT deliverables with strong customer service.

Qualifications

1 year experience in at least one technology, Distributed, Network, Host, and/or Voice.
Prior technical experience in operations.
Be a self starter.
Experience with Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint).

Responsibilities

Provides support for at least one product and/or tool in the Host, Distributed, Network, Voice and Printing environments.
Resolves incidents and issues with direction from senior specialists and/or management and escalates when necessary.
Provides quality customer service to IT Operations and business customers.
Provides technical assistance to senior team members for complex problems.
Executes changes to Host, Distributed, Network, Output Processing or Voice including installations, upgrades, removals, reconfigurations, repairs and/or re-cabling.
Be able to lift up to 40lbs, climb ladders, run cables, and work in tight crawl spaces.
Position may be in a 24/7 operation and require alternative work schedules.
This is a weekend (Saturday thru Wednesday) onsite, first shift position
Position may require on-call support.
Perform other duties as assigned.
