Job summary

Reser's is seeking an experienced multi-craft industrial technician to perform preventative and urgent maintenance of production machinery in a processed foods plant. This role requires hands-on expertise and a strong commitment to safety.

You will lead MT1/MT2 duties, diagnose electrical/electronic issues, repair PLCs, and oversee improvement projects, with a focus on reliability and uptime.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a multi-craft industrial technician.
• Technical certification (or demonstrated equivalent) required.
• Champion safety efforts plant wide.
• Proven advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and urgent maintenance on production machinery.
• Lead MT 1 and MT 2 duties, including acting as a lead.
• Diagnose and repair PLCs and associated devices.
• Estimate costs and timelines for repairs and improvements.
• Escalate breakdowns when not resolved within the timeline.
