Job summary

Electrical Automation Services seeks a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment in a manufacturing setting. The role entails diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults, reading complex schematics, and coordinating with the maintenance team on more advanced repairs.

Applicants should have 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience, with PLC troubleshooting and knowledge of hydraulic/pneumatic systems.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; technical training or an associate’s degree preferred.
Three+ years of industrial maintenance experience or equivalent training and experience.
Hands-on experience troubleshooting production equipment, electrical systems, motor controls, VFDs, sensors, and controls.

Responsibilities

Respond to production equipment issues and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems.
Repair and maintain production machinery, including hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Read electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics to support troubleshooting and repairs.
Independently troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment, including PLC I/O diagnostics and reading ladder logic to identify faults.
Perform preventive maintenance and keep accurate maintenance records.
