Job summary

TS Conductor is seeking a Maintenance/PLC Technician to perform daily preventative maintenance on robotics, PLCs, electrical and mechanical systems on the Huntington Beach shop floor. You will troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade equipment to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.

Ideal candidates have a strong background in PLC programming, electrical and mechanical maintenance, and the ability to work with engineering and production teams. Safety compliance and documentation are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• Technical diploma or certification in electrical/mechanical engineering preferred.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing electrical systems and PLCs.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment including robotics, PLCs, electrical and mechanical systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime.
• Install, calibrate, and program PLC inverters to optimize machine performance.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams on machine upgrades.
• Keep detailed maintenance records and ensure safety protocols are followed.
