Job summary

Phoenix Stamping Group, LLC is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to perform preventative and diagnostic maintenance on production machinery and facility equipment. The role requires hands-on experience with electrical, mechanical, and automation tasks to keep machines running efficiently.

Responsibilities include installing and maintaining equipment, reading blueprints, and supporting new equipment installations while adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in Industrial Maintenance, technical field or technical schooling.
• Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills a plus.
• Automation experience a plus; priority to PLC/robotic systems.
• Proficient in standard preventive maintenance protocols.
• Working knowledge of PLC and relay logic control systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machinery and facility equipment.
• Perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting on machinery and support systems.
• Support with machine improvement and installation of new equipment.
• Must have controls, robot programming, and automation experience.
• Complete TPM activities on workshop equipment.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and blueprints for maintenance tasks.
• Follow OSHA and internal safety standards.
