Job summary

Electrical Automation Services is seeking a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment in a manufacturing facility. The role requires independent problem solving and teamwork on complex repairs, with emphasis on PLC-controlled equipment and mechanical-electrical systems.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting production equipment issues, preventive maintenance, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training or an associate’s degree is preferred.
• Three or more years of industrial maintenance experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting production equipment, electrical systems, motor controls, VFDs, sensors, and controls.

Responsibilities

• Respond to production equipment issues and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems.
• Repair and maintain production machinery, including hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Read electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics to support troubleshooting and repairs.
