Flowers Foods, Inc. is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Supervisor to lead hourly maintenance staff on the 5pm–5am shift. The role focuses on preventive maintenance, line support, and safety/compliance across plant operations.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of supervisory experience in industrial settings and a background in electrical/PLC systems, with an engineering degree preferred. Salary ranges reflect market in the US for this role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven leadership or supervisory experience in an industrial setting.
• Engineering degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsabilités

• Maintain the floor on shift; schedule and manage hourly staff and PMs.
• Review parts requests and track parts checked out on shift.
• Use SAP to review work requests and PM orders and update breakdowns.
• Conduct employee reviews and train technicians and apprentices.
• Lead safety, quality, and compliance initiatives across the shift.
