Job summary
Flowers Foods, Inc. in West Jordan, UT is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Supervisor for the 3rd shift. You will lead hourly maintenance staff, plan preventive maintenance, and coordinate with plant leadership to uphold safety and quality standards.

Qualifications
- 2+ years of proven leadership or supervisory experience in an industrial setting.
- Industrial electrical wiring, PLC troubleshooting, motor control, and equipment repair/installation experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred; high school diploma required.
- Experience with SAP is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the floor on shift; schedule and manage hourly staff, execute PMs, and manage line calls.
- Coordinate shift handoffs and prep with previous/next shifts.
- Review parts requests and manage parts checked out on shift (Parts Tag Receipt).
- Utilize SAP to review work requests, PM orders, and update breakdown notifications.
- Perform small scale maintenance projects and day-to-day planning.
- Conduct employee reviews and coach technicians and apprentices.
