Job summary

Flowers Foods, Inc. is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Supervisor for the 3rd shift at the West Jordan, UT facility. You will lead hourly maintenance staff, oversee preventive maintenance, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

The role requires strong leadership, PLC and electrical knowledge, and experience with SAP. You will manage part requests, schedule PMs, train technicians, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a supervisory role required.
• Engineering or related degree preferred; high school diploma acceptable with experience.
• Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems and PLC troubleshooting required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the floor on shift; schedule and manage hourly staff and PMs.
• Communicate shift prep and handover with adjacent shifts.
• Review parts requests and manage checkout of parts (Parts Tag Receipt).
• Utilize SAP to review work requests, PM orders, and update breakdowns.
