Qualifications

• Experience in industrial maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the floor on shift, schedule and manage hourly staff and PMs.
• Review parts requests and manage parts checked out on shift.
• Utilize SAP to review work orders and PMs.
• Train and coach technicians and apprentices.
• Lead safety and compliance with company policies.
• Conduct employee reviews.
• Perform PM verification of equipment on shift.
