Flowers Foods, Inc. is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Supervisor for day shift at the Johnstown, CO facility. You will lead hourly maintenance staff, oversee preventive maintenance, and partner with plant leadership to uphold safety and quality standards.

The role requires strong leadership, PLC and electrical expertise, and a track record of reliable equipment repairs. Compensation includes a competitive salary and total rewards package.

Competenze

• 2+ years of proven leadership or supervisory experience in an industrial setting.
• Demonstrated knowledge in industrial electrical wiring, PLC troubleshooting, motor control, and equipment repair/installation.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field preferred; HS diploma required.

Mansioni

• Maintain the floor on shift: schedule and manage hourly maintenance staff, execute preventive maintenance, and handle line calls.
• Coordinate shift handovers and prep with preceding and following shifts.
• Review parts requests and manage checkout of parts during shift (Parts Tag Receipt).
• Use SAP to review work requests, PM orders, and update breakdown notifications.
• Lead small-scale maintenance projects and oversee shift reporting and planning ahead.
• Conduct employee reviews and provide coaching to technicians and apprentices.
• Train and mentor technicians, emphasizing safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Perform critical process inspections and PM verification of equipment on shift.
• Demonstrate leadership, problem solving, time management, and adaptability.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies including EEO, safety and Sarbanes-Oxley controls.
