Banner Boswell Medical Center in Sun City, AZ is seeking a Housekeeping EVS Associate to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming hospital environment. The role emphasizes cleaning, sanitizing, and assisting in patient areas while upholding hospital standards.

You will work a night shift (10pm–6:30am) full-time with weekend and holiday rotations. A background check and drug screen are conducted; all employees receive the annual flu vaccine.

Qualifications

• Must work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to interpret and respond to verbal and written instructions.
• Able to communicate effectively by phone and verbally.
• Able to read MSDS and instructions for cleaning chemicals.
• Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card required at hire and throughout employment.

Responsabilités

• Performs cleaning tasks: dusting, mopping, scrubbing, disinfecting, vacuuming and polishing.
• Empties hampers, trash, and medical waste including sharps.
• Restocks supplies like toilet tissue, paper towels and hand soap.
• Maintains cleanliness of equipment and logs usage.
• May perform specialty projects such as windows washing.
• Responds to questions from patients, staff and visitors, and strives for high customer service.
• Under regular supervision, works at a designated facility/area.
