Job summary

Banner Health Corporate seeks an EVS/Housekeeping Associate for Page Hospital in Page, AZ. This per diem role cleans patient rooms and facilities, maintaining a clean, safe environment while supporting a high-quality patient experience.

Qualifications

Ability to work independently and as part of a team without continuous supervision.
Interpret and respond to verbal and written instructions.
Communicate effectively with others by phone and verbally.
Read and understand MSDS and instructions for mixing/ use of cleaning chemicals; fill stickers.
Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card may be required at certain Banner sites during hire and employment.
Arizona Criminal History Affidavit must be signed upon hire.

Responsibilities

Perform cleaning of patient rooms and assigned areas as part of the EVS team.
Ensure a clean, safe, and aesthetically pleasing environment with minimal interference.
Dust, mop, scrub, disinfect, vacuum, and polish per policy; plan daily tasks.
Empty hampers, transport soiled linen, and remove trash and medical waste.
Restock supplies in all assigned areas and maintain equipment cleanliness.
Log out/in equipment after use and report repairs as needed.
Assist with special projects such as window washing and deep cleaning.
