Job summary

Barnes-Jewish Hospital at Washington University Medical Center seeks a Concierge Desk Representative to provide a seamless first impression, greet visitors, and guide guests around the medical campus.

You will answer questions, offer information about the hospital and local area, and escort those in need. Monday–Friday shifts with full-time benefits support patient-facing reception.

Qualifications

• Utilizes technology to appropriately direct guests, visitors and patients throughout hospital campus.

Provides effortless and seamless movement in and out of the medical center as the first impression that patients and visitors experience. Provides coverage of the information desks and interacts with target audiences, internal resources and external vendors.
