Guidehouse is hiring an Hospital Admissions Representative for the night shift, onsite in Los Angeles. You will collect and verify demographic and financial information, obtain pre-certifications, and ensure accurate registrations to support billing and clinical data.

The role requires strong data entry, customer service skills, and knowledge of insurance processes. The team emphasizes patient-centered service and compliance with applicable laws.

Competenze

• Experience in medical setting or heavy customer service environment.
• Strong data entry and computer systems familiarity.
• BLS certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.

Mansioni

• Obtain and verify demographic and financial information from patients.
• Enter data and document incomplete admissions/registrations.
• Notify patients of insurance coverage issues and deposits needed.
• Process pre-certifications or ABN when necessary.
• Maintain multiple computer systems and provide good customer service.
• Support scheduling and ensure timely, accurate registration.
