Guidehouse is recruiting for a Hospital Admissions Representative (Night Shift) in Los Angeles. The role handles demographic/insurance information, pre-certification tasks, and accurate data entry to support billing and clinical records.

Schedule is 11 PM to 7:30 AM, full time, onsite, with every other weekend and rotating holidays. The position requires a high school diploma, 0–1 year in a medical or customer service setting, and BLS certification or ability to obtain.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–1 year of medical setting or heavy customer service experience.
• Current BLS certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Ability to obtain AVADE training within 30 days.

Mansioni

• Obtain and verify demographic and financial information from patients.
• Obtain signatures on consents and insurance forms.
• Enter data and document admissions/registrations in the system.
• Notify patients of insurance coverage issues and co-pays.
• Review physician orders for completeness and accuracy.

Formazione

High School Diploma or equivalent

BLS certification from American Heart Association
