Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 0–2 years of medical or heavy customer service experience with data entry and insurance knowledge.
• Ability to obtain AVADE training within 30 days from start date.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and verify demographic and financial information from patients and sources.
• Obtain signatures on legal consents and insurance forms.
• Enter data, document incomplete admissions/registrations, and update patient files.
• Notify patients and staff of insurance issues, co-pays, and deposits as applicable.
