Qualifications

• 0–2 years in a medical setting or heavy customer service with data entry experience.
• Ability to obtain BLS certification within 90 days or has it already.
• Ability to complete AVADE training within 30 days of start.

Responsibilities

• Obtain complete demographic and financial information from patients and sources.
• Obtain signatures on legal consents and insurance forms.
• Enter data in computer systems and document any gaps.
• Notify patients and staff of insurance coverage issues and co-pays.
• Review orders for completeness and compliance with rules.
