Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to patients under supervision of a nurse.
• Assist with activities of daily living and comfort measures.
• Document care and report changes to supervising nurse.
• Assist with feeding and basic bedside patient care tasks.
• Maintain patient safety and assist with mobility as directed.
