Job summary

Ohio's Hospice seeks a compassionate Hospice PCS for night shifts in the Dayton area. You will join an interdisciplinary team to deliver comfort, dignity, and support to patients and families.

The role covers Dayton and may require coverage at Troy/Middletown IPUs. A high school diploma or GED is required; CNA is preferred and CHPNA certification is a plus. Valid Ohio driver’s license and ability to pass background checks are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Certified Nurse Aide preferred
• CHPNA certification preferred
• Documentation in electronic medical records
• Valid Ohio driver's license with clean record

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate hospice care as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Document patient care accurately in electronic medical records.
• Cover Dayton Hospice House IPU and Troy/Middletown IPU as needed.
• Assist with mobility, comfort measures, and family support.
