Job summary

Ohio’s Hospice, Inc. in Dayton, OH seeks a Hospice PCS (FT, days) to provide direct patient care and support families with dignity and comfort. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to deliver compassionate care in home and facility settings across the Dayton area.

The role requires a CNA (preferred) with CHPNA certification preferred. Training is available; valid Ohio driver’s license and clean driving record are required. Competitive salary and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Certified Nurse Aide is preferred; internal training available.
• CHPNA certification preferred; Ohio's Hospice supports growth and certification.
• Proficient computer skills to document care in electronic records.
• Valid Ohio driver’s license with clean record and proof of insurance.
• Pass criminal background check and 10-panel drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care with compassion in a FT day shift.
• Drive to facilities and patient homes in the Dayton area including Xenia/Greene County.
• Document care accurately in electronic medical records.
