Alaska Marine Trucking, part of the Lynden family of companies, is seeking a night-shift Mechanic in Juneau, Alaska. This full-time role offers family-friendly benefits, a competitive pay package, and opportunities for growth with ample overtime.

The night shift runs 3:00pm–3:00am, Monday–Thursday, with a $3.00/hr shift differential. You will maintain heavy equipment, assist with major component swaps, and ensure inspections meet DOT/FMCSA standards.

Formación

• Must have strong commitment to customer service.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to arrive ready to work.
• Detail oriented with good communications and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide maintenance on heavy-duty equipment (tractors, trailers, forklifts).
• Assist with major component swaps (hydraulic pumps, engines, transmissions).
• Must be able to apply for and be issued a TWIC (Transportation Workers Identification Card).
• Perform inspections in compliance with DOT and FMCSA regulations.
