Alaska Marine Trucking, part of the Lynden family of companies, is seeking a night-shift Mechanic in Juneau, Alaska. This full-time role offers family-friendly benefits, a competitive pay package, and opportunities for growth with ample overtime.

The night shift runs 3:00pm–3:00am, Monday–Thursday, with a $3.00/hr shift differential. You will maintain heavy equipment, assist with major component swaps, and ensure inspections meet DOT/FMCSA standards.

What You Will Be Doing

• Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50-pound objects and is occasionally required to lift as much as 100-pound objects.
• Ability to travel for short periods of time and able to work in outside weather conditions.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee works near moving mechanical parts. The employee is regularly exposed to fumes, airborne particles, vibration, toxic or caustic chemicals, wet, and/or humid conditions and occasionally works in high, precarious places.
