Qualifications

• Customer service experience in clinical settings preferred.
• EMR experience preferred.
• 1-2 years in scheduling/administrative roles required and 2-3 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages schedules for healthcare staff to ensure adequate coverage.
• Serves as primary point of contact for scheduling issues and inquiries.
• Ensures compliance with regulations and organizational policies.
• Resolves conflicts and implements contingency plans for shortages.
• Uses scheduling software to optimize staff schedules.
• Provides guidance on scheduling policies and practices.
• Facilitates communication between staff and management.
• Maintains accurate records of schedules and hours.
