Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience, preferably in clinical settings.
• EMR experience preferred; scheduling/administrative support experience valued.

Responsabilités

• Develops, maintains, and manages staff schedules to ensure adequate staffing.
• Primary contact for scheduling issues and updates to staff and departments.
• Ensures compliance with regulations and organizational policies.
• Resolves scheduling conflicts and implements contingency plans.
• Uses scheduling software to optimize staff schedules.
• Provides guidance on scheduling policies and practices.
• Facilitates communication between staff and management on scheduling concerns.
• Maintains accurate records of schedules and hours worked.
