Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Supervise patient care through verification of the nursing process and provide guidance to facilitate care.
• Ensure appropriate intervention in emergencies, equipment failures, or disruptive behavior.
• Act as off-shift patient care representative, listening to patient/family concerns and investigating when needed.
• Conduct rounds in patient care areas and set expectations for reporting, focusing on high-acuity patients.
• Coordinate with support services, emergency, admitting, and clinical services during off-shift to meet patient needs.
• Follow through to resolve patient needs and environmental/safety issues.
