Responsibilities

• Supervise patient care using the nursing process per standards.
• Ensure timely intervention in deteriorations, equipment issues.
• Serve as off-shift patient care representative and address concerns.
• Conduct rounds and set reporting expectations for high-acuity patients.
• Coordinate with support services to meet clinical and environmental needs.
