Mass General Brigham is seeking a Nursing Assistant for North Shore Medical Center, Inc. in Salem, MA. The role supports registered nurses in delivering safe, compassionate patient care on a night shift, with a regular full-time schedule and onsite work at the hospital.

Responsibilities include patient care duties, vital signs, specimen handling, room preparation, and effective communication with the care team. Minimum 1–2 years healthcare experience and HS diploma preferred.

Formación

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Healthcare experience 1-2 years required.
• Demonstrated typing skills and computer experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Perform patient care-related duties and clinical functions as assigned, including, but not limited to, performing and documenting point of care, vital signs, EKGs, bathing and other sanitary needs of patients, transferring and assisting with ambulation of patients, feeding patients, etc.
• Assist RNs and physicians with other exams and treatments as required.
• Communicate with nursing staff in an effective and timely manner around issues related to patient care and patient condition.
