Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• AHA BLS Healthcare Provider card prior to start date and maintained.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer/patient concerns and requests with sensitivity.
• Serve as a resource to patients and staff by facilitating communication.
• Coordinate and schedule patient admissions, transfers, discharges, and transportation.
• Process orders accurately and communicate vitals to clinical staff.
• Maintain Teletracking and unit equipment records; ensure a clean environment.
• Contribute to patient satisfaction scores and bedside reporting.
