Job summary

Pilot Company is seeking an Overnight Guest Services associate to lead a small shift of cashiers while handling merchandise and fuel transactions at our travel center. You will ensure guests receive quality service and escalate issues per policy.

The role requires sample leadership on shift, adherence to guidelines, and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction. Pay starts between $15.00 and $18.75 per hour with weekly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience handling cash and card transactions.
• Ability to lead and coordinate a small cashier team.
• Commitment to delivering quality guest service.

Responsibilities

• Lead a shift of one-to-two cashiers to process all types of cash, credit, and debit transactions.
• Complete end-of-shift reports and close out procedures.
• Follow company and local guidelines with regards to sale of restricted merchandise items.
• Maintain an organized and clean work area.
• Use suggested selling methods to promote and sell products.
• Ensure quality service is delivered to every guest.
• Handle guest complaints and issues by following company processes and guidelines.
• Determine break schedules and team member placement during shift.
• Assist with other travel center functions (deli, showers/restrooms, stocking, coffee).
• Model behaviors that support the company’s purpose; support guests and team members.
• Ensure all activities comply with rules, policies, and procedures.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
