Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college or vocational training preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in guest services, security, or related field.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage emergencies effectively.
• Background check and required safety training.

Responsibilities

• Schedule shifts for Guest Services Associates with the Operations Manager.
• Foster hospitality through proactive guest engagement and support.
• Lead activities and ensure team involvement in guest experience.
• Delegate tasks and complete shift assignment sheets with the Operations Manager.
• Conduct shift meetings to communicate objectives, staff needs, and guest information.
• Provide coaching and onboarding for new staff and maintain logs.
• Maintain daily logs, shift notes, and incident reports accurately and timely.
• Support safety and security procedures across the facility.
• Collaborate with Social Services and Nursing to maintain a secure environment.
• Maintain knowledge of Emergency Action Plans and contribute to training.
