Job summary

National Health Foundation in Los Angeles is seeking a Guest Services and Safety Associate to enhance guest experience while maintaining a safe environment for residents, guests, and staff. This non-exempt, full-time role reports to the Director of Recuperative Care/Operations Manager and works 9:00 PM to 5:30 AM Wednesday through Sunday.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training preferred in hospitality, social services, or public safety.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in guest services, security, or a related field.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shift coverage with Operations Manager to ensure adequate staffing.
• Lead and coach the GSA team and participate in onboarding and training.
• Maintain daily logs, shift notes, and incident reports; support safety and policy enforcement.
• Respond to safety incidents and participate in emergency drills and evacuations.
