The role requires reliable leadership, comfort with a fast-paced environment, and flexibility to work nights and weekends. Compensation starts at $24 per hour with equity and full benefits for full-time positions.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in logistics/operations management preferred.
• Owns a modern smartphone and can navigate apps daily.
• Forklift certification and/or box truck experience preferred.
• Proficient with logistics tech platforms used to manage operations.
• Strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to delivering great experiences to drivers and teams.
• Willingness to complete a comprehensive background check.
• Willingness to work nights, holidays, and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead a shift to ensure smooth ground operations and safety.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement operational changes.
• Navigate platforms to re-route and manage logistics issues.
• Operate forklift and potentially a box truck with care and accuracy.
• Provide high levels of customer service to driver partners and internal teams.
• Maintain safety standards and efficient launches and sorts.
• Demonstrate clear communication to effectively lead a shift.
• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as required.
