Qualifications

• One plus years related management experience.
• Associate degree preferred or equivalent of education and experience.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedures.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before customers or team members.
• Ability to calculate figures such as percentages.
• Ability to apply common sense in following written or verbal instructions.
• Holds an active Food Safety Certification.

Responsibilities

• Carries out supervisory responsibilities for up to 20 team members.
• Maintains store conditions per company standards and safety rules.
• Ensures delivery of great customer service.
• Oversees cash handling, deposits, and back-office tasks.
• Rotates and stocks items; maintains back-room organization.
• Open/Close cash office and perform reconciliations.
• Perform CGO functions including receiving and inventory tasks.
• Work nights and weekends; full-time with average 40 hours per week.
